Equipped with a unique ability to communicate complex information in a clear, accessible, and engaging style, Heidi is equally at home with a group of ten or in front of a group of thousands. She is practiced in lecture or presentation-style speaking environments, but her formation in Latin America taught her to value participatory education as a preferred practice. Heidi believes strongly that, regardless of one’s age, level of formal education, or professional experience, each of us has something to teach, and each of us has something to learn. Facilitating learning spaces that honor and draw on the questions, experiences, and backgrounds of those gathered lead to transformative conversations which deepen relationships as well as knowledge.
