Coaching involves coming alongside clients in a dynamic, powerful relationship that inspires them to uncover, develop, and set free God’s deepest purpose for their lives and work. Coaching trusts in each person’s inner wisdom and draws that wisdom out in a relationship anchored by bold questions and careful listening.
The coaching relationship begins with a 30 minute exploratory conversation to determine a person’s coaching goals and whether Heidi is a good match to journey with the potential client. From there, Heidi works with each client to develop a framework and coaching schedule to help the client meet her/his/their goals.
